Department of Computer and Instructional Technologies

Its primary objective is to train computer science teachers and experts in computer-assisted instruction. Our department aims to ensure that students graduate with the skills to develop educational software and, throughout the development process, to design instructional materials as well as write the necessary programs and use programming languages.

About the Department

Its primary objective is to train computer teachers and experts in computer-assisted instruction. The department ensures that students, upon graduation, are capable of planning and teaching computer literacy courses—complete with the necessary materials—at private or public educational institutions where they will work; furthermore, it equips them to initiate and conduct Computer-Assisted Instruction (CST) initiatives in any type of institution where they will be employed, develop educational software, and possess the skills to both design instructional materials and write the necessary programs using programming languages.
